Complete List of Private Lessons and Instructors | Registration Form
NISOM students must register each school year and summer. Registration is first come, first served. The full trimester tuition and registration fee (when applicable) must be paid in order to reserve your lesson time(s). See Tuition Information for amounts. By registering
at NISOM, you are agreeing to abide
by the policies and adhere to the payment dates.
Important: When you or your child register for private lessons at NISOM, it is assumed you will
continue through the end of the academic year. You are registering not only for the current trimester but also for any subsequent trimesters in the 2010-11 school year. Your registration is essentially a contract stating that you have reserved your teacher’s time each week. Students do not have to register each trimester to reserve a lesson time. Unless you notify us of a withdrawal, you will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the remainder of the academic year. If you need to change your lesson time during the year, you are welcome to switch to any opening the instructor has available.
2010-11 Registration
July 12 : Scholarship Applications Due; Early Registration begins for current students
July 19: Registration begins for current (summer) students; Early Registration opens to former students
July 26: Registration opens to former students
Aug 2: Registration opens to new students
Aug 23: 1st Trimester Begins
Early Registration: To reserve the same lesson time and instructor as you had in the spring, you may register up to one week before registration would otherwise open to you. Note that because instructor schedules sometimes change from year to year, this option may not be available to all students; please call ahead. No other early registrations will be accepted.
Summer Registration
We are still accepting registrations for the remainder of the summer session. Summer tuition is calculated at $17.50 per half hour lesson. The session runs through August 14. If you come to registration with your desired dates, you will only be charged for the lessons you plan to attend. Pro-rated summer registration fee (for new and former students) is $12. The summer session is covered in the 2009-10 registration fee for students who have already enrolled in the school year.
Registration Procedures
Returning
students: Returning students do not need to complete a new registration form each year. Be
sure to notify
us of any changes

number, or email. If you have not submitted a registration form since 2006, you may be asked to do so. Download a pdf version from the top of the page, or pick one up at our office.
New students: To
come prepared to
registration, be
sure to review our
policies and tuition information, in addition to downloading
and completing a registration
form. You can
also review faculty

these payments. See tuition information for more details about ACH. No automatic withdrawals for summer session.
